McConnellsburg Elementary School is operated by the Central Fulton School District, and is located in McConnellsburg, Pa. It offers academic programs to more than 500 students in grades kindergarten through five. It provides special classes in art, music, health and physical education. Its grade five subjects include science, math, social studies and language. It conducts both performance-based assessments and assessments purchased with published curriculum. Its intramural program includes activities, such as volleyball and basketball. It has also produced several elementary musical productions and offers classes in band and chorus. Its counselor provides guidance classes to all grade levels on topics chosen by the teachers, according to student needs. It offers an after-school homework program using high school students as mentors for elementary students.
