Soccer Centre Inc

I bought a pair of shoes from Soccer Centre at a tournament in Toledo, OH. The shoes did not fit the child I bought them for. When I contacted the store about a return, they claimed that all sales were final. There was nothing stating that on the receipt or when I bought them at the tournament. I also bought a ball and some other stuff from them. I could not believe the lack of customer service that I received from this store manager.



I have informed our club of the problem and asked them not to buy anything else from this vendor when we return to Toledo next year. Because they wanted to make a $40 profit, they lost about 400 customers from our club. I told the manager that it was not worth it, to just let me return the shoes, they were in perfect condition and I would even pay the shipping, but they refused to do so just so they could make a $40 profit.



So I warn everyone before they buy from there.
