I'm impressed with how fast I got my Laptop back! They cleaned all my Virus's and even installed a FREE antivirus program for me.
(Mine Expired) And the cost was less than Half what Best Buy was..(BB wanted $150)
I have my Place from now on.

I took a touch screen Toshiba Satellite here that had fallen and the touch screen shattered. Don gave me an accurate assessment of my situation and literally charged half the price of other places for labor. He modified my laptop to work without the touchscreen until the glass panel i needed replaced became more available (Toshiba was the only place offering the panel at the time and was charging over $200 for it. Don honestly told me that it was a $50 part and in a few months it would be available other places for that price.)

Not only did Don return to me a fully functional laptop (it was not functional with the broken glass) but he also said that when the panel was more available he'd do the repair and make the laptop a touchscreen again. And for the price he charges and the quality of his work, he can count on seeing me again.

I recently upgraded my computer and had a wonderful experience dealing with Don. He was able to provide same day service and quickly assessed my needs and did his best to take care of them. The customer service is above and beyond what I have received elsewhere, he even took the time to show me some tips on how to achieve what I was trying to do (I am not very computer savvy). And let's not forget the affordable pricing. I highly recommend the Computer Center of Toledo as the first stop for your computer needs, and the only stop for computer repairs and service.
