Paradise Heating & Air Conditioning

Very poor service. The company hung up the phone on me when I had asked them to for help. They had recently installed our HVAC and suddenly we had mold around all of the registers in our home. I didn't know what to do or if it was safe to be here. It cost us a lot of money and damaged property. Buyer Beware.

Buyer beware! The lowest quote is not always the best. I had multiple quotes to replace my furnace and Paradise was the lowest. The furnace they recommended has been less than reliable. Each fall, a service call is required to get the furnace to start (dirty sensors). Other mechanical issues have had to be repaired (each one requiring another service call. The owner assures me that the product line is quality made and each unit will have issues. The owner is confrontational at best when you inquire about your options to have the unit repaired. My suggestion is go with another vendor and a higher quality product.
