        Overall

        The Matthews Store has been good to me, have always felt like I was taken care of. Treated like a person and not a number, Greeted when I walk in and treated well throughout the various repairs I have had done there!! Give these guys a try!

        Overall

        Abuse of the NC State safety inspection process to sell unnecessary expensive repairs. Do not trust these unethical government snitches and never send your wife. Mechanic spoke condescendingly to my wife in a threatening tone in attempt to scam her for over a thousand dollars worth of unnecessary repairs.
