Fairview Animal Hospital

After going to this clinic for well over 10+ years off and on all I can say is something drastically has changed. They have no time management skills and are truly rude. The patients wait in these tiny rooms while the vets stock their supply rooms leaving patients and customers to worry over their pets. We have spent literally thousands and thousands of dollars at this vet hoping they would get their staff in hand and back to being friendly and welcoming. It's really turned into a circus there with frustrated customers waiting and waiting to get their turn and it's turned into a 3 ring circus and feels like trying to herd cats while going there. The vets seems not as friendly as one would hope and their office staff his utterly horrific and short and snappy. It's amazing to me as well as we personally have spent so much money to the practice that the staff and vets are not more user friendly. I would NOT recommend this practice to any of my family or friends as they are just simply unfriendly, egotistical, short spoken, short tempered, and again unwelcoming. No one likes to spend money where they feel like they are a bother and taken for granted and not appreciated for their time and business. Enough is enough and the only way to hold a business responsible and accountable these days is to stop going there and giving them business. We are really appalled and disturbed by the lack of compassion and caring at Fairview. Fairview Animal Hospital has really gone down with their level of service and they are extremely rude and have terrible distasteful attitudes!!! The owner appears like he may have cared at one time long ago, but no longer!!! We spoke to him and he was very easy to talk to, but he had no intentions of holding the staff responsible for their attitude and behavior we experienced there. Just truly shameful. They now appear all about the money and trust me we have given them much for their services, we just expected so much more. So disappointing.

Dr. Khalsa & his team of vets and technicians at Fairview have been caring for my dogs and cats for 15 years. He is an outstanding healer and person, and loves animals with a deep and caring passion for maximizing their health and quality of life. He takes the time to form a relationship with his patients, and reassures them before starting the examination or treatment. He keeps up with the medical literature, so you will always have the best information and treatment options available. He is also extremely compassionate when the time comes for "crossing the rainbow bridge" and has made that transition as comfortable and supportive as possible for me and my babies. You can feel completely confident entrusting your pets to Dr. Khalsa and his partner vets, and know that the animal's welfare is always their highest priority.

Great service and friendly, caring staff. We take all our dogs here and they LOVE going to the vet :)

The staff is great, the service is great, you could not ask for a better place to take your pet. They get to know your pet and the prices are really good.

The doctors take the time to listen to what I have to say about the problem with my pet. They take their time looking at my pet and the doctors each check my pet to verify their diagnosis. OUTSTANDING! They take their time to explain to me what the issues are, what can be done and they always give me instructions on how to best care for my pet. If further work needs to be done, they give me an estimate before I make any decisions.



I highly recommend them to everyone who loves their beloved pets!
