Disregard my last review. Everything worked out much better than if she had gotten the appointment right. Maybe she knew, and was trying to help.

Dr. Jones is the best doctor I have ever met!!! He is such a good man!!!

Great people to deal with. Sometimes the wait is longer than I want but nothing any different than other medical centers. I like that they have pharmacy on site.

I have waited for as long as two hours for my appointment. But, I know my doc will spend as much time with me as needed. I find the staff to be pleasant and friendly, although busy. Some of the 'nursing assistants' are grumpy and don't tell you who they are ----

When I have 10-15 meds at once to fill, I know to bring them in a day or two in advance. It is a lot to do and have me wait!

Sure, things could be better but I have had the same issues at offices in Asheville. At least this is close to home and always, always bring a book.

I've had the misfortune of dealing with these "professionals". In a nutshell, they keep you waiting for hours on end for routine exams. Their "20 minute" time frame is closer to 45 minutes. You call in a Rx in the A.M. and by 2 P.M.they still don't have it ready & make you wait while they prepare it. They have NO regard for your time and schedule follow-up appointments without asking what time is more convenient for you. I can only hope that I don't ever have to deal with this grab-a** facility....ever!
