Worst time I have ever had getting a prescription filled. Started the process in September and by the end of December the two frames that I had ordered with my prescription were still not ready. When I asked for my money back the store manager refused to refund the money back to me. Manager then became verbally hostile and attempted to blame me for their delays. I would not deal with this location again.

My 6 year old's lenses were incorrect. We took him back to his eye dr. (a specialist that is 30 minutes away) when he complained his vision was blurry with his glasses. (He's been wearing them since he was 1 year old). Dr. said the axis was all wrong. We went back to visionworks, told them what was wrong and the little girl working there tried to argue that there was nothing wrong with them! Finally after agreeing to speak with the dr. office by phone, she reluctantly agreed they would fix the lenses, all the while still trying to argue there wasn't anything really wrong! Horrible customer service and incompetence!

Took my grandfather's glasses in that he purchased from them to see if they could fix & they made the situation even worse. The screw snapped in two so I took the glasses in to see if they could get the screw out & replace it. After waiting 30+ minutes without being acknowledged the customer service rep finally came to assist me. He took the glasses back to the tech after he banged & banged on the glasses for 10 minutes he sent the glasses out & said they couldn't get the screw out, but informed me that if I could take the frames home & get the screw out they could replace it. I don't fix glasses so why in the world would I be able to get the dang screw out! So I took the glasses to work with me & upon further inspection under a microscope I discovered the tech had broken the head off the screw & now we are really screwed because there's no way to get the freaking screw out now. And the only solution they gave me was to buy a new frame, but there is no way they will get another dime from me!!!!
