This Top Nails Spa has the best nail services, free drinks, comfort, and value that I've experienced in this area. This place has everything I look for: Comfy massage chair with complete up/down control of where the massager hits your back and what type of massage action (knead, karate chop, roll, or combo) it does in that spot.
