Everdry of Central Ohio

Had our basement done by Ohio State Waterproofing approximately 13 years ago. I am pleased to say we have not had a problem with our basement walls since and that is rare in North Olmsted. We've called for warranty work twice and they have responded quickly.

We purchased our house already waterproofed and have kept up with the warranty. Employees are always pleasant and helpful on the phone. Have no doubt that our needs will be addressed if any warranty work needs done. BA

They did a wonderful job waterproofing our basement! It is kind of pricey, but, because of where my house is located they did a wonderful job and went out of their way to make sure no water would get in my basement. It been three years and my basement is still dry as a bone!!!

The work was completed on time. The supervisor on the job kept us informed of everything they were doing and welcomed any questions that we may have had. We had our leaky basement waterproofed in 2005. We have been happy ever since. We had a small leak after one particularly heavy rain and Ohio State Waterproofing promptly came and fixed it for free. Mark and Sandy A

Our basement was waterproofed by Ohio State Waterproofing several years ago. We had been having problems for years every time there was a heavy rain. There have been no problems since the work was done!

I would like to say this has been a pain free process from start to finish. Our sales representative Tom Gregoire was extremely knowledgeable and patient which in return helped us to make a well informed decision. The crew was pleasant and kept us well updated as the job progressed. I also adored the fact that they seemed to genuinely like and enjoy their job. This made the process easier for my family. What was also interesting is how the crew kept their work area clean and neat. In my opinion, that is a plus because it keeps things from feeling chaotic and helps a customer feel that the outcome will be successful. The only thing is that there was an uncomfortable amount of dust that came through the vents. The crew controlled the situation as best they could. When my husband bought it to their attention about the dust coming upstairs they quickly responded by letting us know to put towels on the vents and the door dividing the basement. I really hope others will have a better experience than we did... we had our basement done about 7 years ago, and now we are having to call someone to correct the damange Everdry did. Everdry is a ripoff and the workers don't know what they're doing. We are having to spend more money now to correct Everdry's work and hopefully get our basement dry again. People in our area call Everdry by a little different name... "Neverdry". Beware is all I can say.
