We have been using APM as our property management company ever since we were PCS'ed to another Post. We are very happy with the service they have provided through the two tenants we have had so far. We are looking forward to a long relationship ahead. Thank you.

Very good company for renting. Management is very responsive and friendly. However, use a third party company for carpet cleaning! For instance, upon our checkout inspection, management came and said there were no issues with our carpet. In fact, the lady complimented us and thought it was already professionally cleaned. Lease End Carpet Cleaning also inspected the carpet before we left and charged us for the cleaning required. Following our move, we were charged an extra $170 for "pet odor & stain removal" to include them using an ozone machine! Ridiculous! Just be careful! Otherwise, the people that work there are very nice and care about the tenants & properties!

My husband and I have been extremely impressed with their level of superior customer service. Even if we don't end up renting through Advanced, they will be the first we recommend to others. Staff is super friendly and efficient.

Good experience all the way around with Advanced Property Management. Five stars on all fronts. I will highly recommend.

I'd like to be updated about property and know when tenants have changed. I also want to know what damage tenants have caused to property.

Were great and really nice with taking care of things while I rented from Advanced. The maintenance man was really nice and fixed the washer/dryer unit when the breaker wasn't big enough.

I had an excellent experience with Advanced Property Management starting with the leasing division was pleasant and professional as well as the maintenance was on point and took care of every need in a timely manner, ending with the accounting department which is well managed! I am very happy with choosing Advanced Property management, they were polite and I recommend the next person to try them out!

After a terrible experience with a different management company working with Collin and She'Meka was a wonderful relief. Everyone at Advanced is cut above the other management companies I dealt with.
