Ryan G. Davis joined the Talley Anthony team in 2008 and is now a partner at the firm. Prior to joining Talley Anthony, Ryan worked for four years in New Orleans dealing with the unique legal issues presented by Hurricane Katrina and its aftermath, including commercial landlord/tenant disputes and property damage coverage disputes. In addition to defending general automobile claims, Ryan has been involved in several cases dealing with commercial trucking disputes, which suits implicate the federal scheme unique to interstate commerce. His experience also includes products liability cases, where he has represented clients on both sides of the issue. Since joining Talley Anthony, Ryan’s practice has grown to include defense of public entities and workers’ compensation defense, in addition to general casualty defense.

In addition to his work as a professional liability defense lawyer, Bruce is also a respected and very active product liability litigator. He often represents insured manufacturers defending products liability claims involving medical devices, sporting goods and recreational products including exercise equipment, watercraft and small vessels, motorized vehicles, hunting equipment, and dietary supplements. He has served as national coordinating counsel for an OTC manufacturer of dietary supplements and defended the manufacturers of medical devices, industrial equipment and munitions.
