He attained the rank of Colonel. A graduate of St. Bonaventure University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and the State University of New York at Albany with a Master of Business Administration degree, Jeffrey holds Series 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses plus state life and health insurance licenses.
