Simoniz Car Wash

Don’t waste your time or money; I’ve already done it for you!! This has been my 3rd experience at Simoniz Car Wash at 435 Eastern Ave, Malden. Each time has been a different season within a year span. The reason why I've tried them 3 times is the convenience of being close to home and my stupidity of believing that their service can't be this bad all the time! Well it is.

Every time I went, there were new faces. Let’s start off with their greetings: there’s grime in their friendliness when paying. Flirty little pervs, Can’t accept just a smile. Then no matter what wash package I picked, all those bubbles and the final hand/towel dry provided by them you would expect your car to be spotless! Big Negative on 3 different attempts to get it right.

The second time I went there, I got their biggest package and they failed to remove anything that was stuck on the car INCLUDING their Black Magic Marker that they used on my outside window. Really!? Then when they cleaned the interior “My 2 young children could’ve done a better job”. I own No dog just shoe dirt, food crumbs and dust. Then after the whole wax and when it was final and I was unhappy, they ran my car threw the wash again, which would eliminate the whole wax job. They then gave me a cheap hand towel dry. I felt like a picky snob having to point to them everything they missed. I mean really, I’ve paid more than enough for you not to miss these spots. I want my money’s worth.

My only last reason for going again yesterday was again the convenience of being close to home. It’s after 3 snow days and a whole lot of salt on my new truck. So I got their cheapest $7 then decided $10 when offered (stupid me enjoys throwing money out). Why didn’t the dirt come off?

I’m a firm believer in chances considering maybe the new employees will get it right a different time. It’s worth to drive out of my way and find better service even if I have to do it myself. I’m also pissed about my tips to them and pissed about that location being a wasted site. Don’t waste your time or money; I’ve already done it for you!!
