        i had looked up sams club and walmart all i can get is pharmacy numbers, i have to call pharmacy to get store no.?

        I ordered a bicycle for my daughter's birthday, it said 7-10 days for delivery. It has been 14 days, meaning 12 business days, my daughter's birthday is tomorrow. When I looked up the tracking on the bike and it said it will be delivered by a date that is 20 days from the day I ordered it. The representative was rude and spoke in Ebonics so horridly I could hardly understand her . I discovered the bike was sitting at a store 35 miles from me. I asked the representative if I could go to the store it was at to pick it up, and she couldn't understand the concept. It took me ten minutes of explaining it to her before she figured it out. The answer I received was "Oh, I can't help you with that, we're not connected to Wal-Mart in any way."

        If I want a refund to buy my daughter something else I have to wait another 10-12 business days.

        Thanks Walmart for wrecking my daughter's birthday.
