I love my burrito drive!!!! you guys rock!!! please add new stuff seasonally foods

The food is excellent and unique. A hidden treasure to the Williamson St. neighborhood! It definitely fits with the eclectic nature that I can home. The portion size is large. In my opinion, their food fits the "comfort food" category! Note: my husband says I am hard to please, so Burrito Drive has won my belly's support :)

Delish-- Very good service and food. I ordered Chimichangas that were great. I will be ordering there alot.

The food is great, definitely different stuff on the menu, I've always had great service for dine in, carry out, and delivery. Prices are on the higher end, but well worth it, especially considering other late night food choices!

I have not eaten the food yet but I'm chiming in with the last review, the folks who take the phone orders need a class in customer service. I felt like i needed to win their respect to place an order. It's the first time I ordered food from the place - the menu looks great (it showed up in our mailbox as a flyer) but no matter how good the food who wants to pay money to people who disrespect you?

For the past few months some of us would order from here.Today I placed our order and I was treated with the most disrespect I have ever received aside of a pig!I found that I Talked to a mgr/owner who needs to take some customer service classes and doesn't care about his business. I was told that my orders are complicated. When clearly on their Menu it states "you're the chef tell us how you want it." I was also told that every time I call I have an issue.Which, is untrue. It was only the last time I ordered that the food was incorrect. I called that very same day and I was told that I would receive a credit.The manager today pretty much called me a liar. Meantime. He had a call on another line and told me to hold b/c he had a customer calling! Hello? What am I? Anyhow, in the end he ended up hanging up on me.If u would like to know his name it's on their Menu. He is really something and the only reason I give this place 1 star is b/c I can't imagine how their employees are treated.
