drove to their office to get a quote on a big back yard brick fence that they offer

on their web-site.

The receptionist had no clue about what kind of services are being offered.

Yet, I did schedule an appointment, for someone to come out for an estimate.

The person did not show at the appointed day, or time.

He did show the next day, and measured the back yard which equates to

133 feet to 110 feet. Therefore, it would have been a bigger contract, and

therefore lucrative for the company. I was told that I was to receive an estimate

within two to three days, and have never heard from them as of yet, and it's been

almost two weeks now.

I did not bother calling, as I verified my contact information with the rep twice

to ensure that the communication would not fail.

It did fail, due to the lack of the representative, or anyone else, that was suppose

to get me that estimate.

Too bad on their part, as it would have been a big contract for them.

Very unprofessional right from the start through the end.

I am glad, I was able to find a more professional oriented company to do the job!

I would not even bother with these folks.

I was very disappointed in the sales & service aspect of ABC Fence. We LOVED the fence itself and it looks nice, however, from the date I called, I never got 1 phone call from the sales person, return emails and I constantly had to call office and ask why the salesman had not followed up and if they were coming and if so when? He didnt seem to care if we went with ABC or not and I saw no followup whatsoever. went w/ the quote the girl in the office did for us becuase salesman wouldnt call me back. He never called me back once.. not one time.!

Some time back we chose ABC Fence Company to replace an old wooden fence with a simple metal fence. We had many quotes, and while ABC was a bit more expensive, we still chose them because everyone was so nice. We expected them to call us to install the new fence, but to our surprise, one day we came home to a new fence. There was no call, no one telling us they were planning to come by at all. Not only was there no communication, but the fence was left unfinished at the top. When I called to ask what had happened, they told me that they left the top unleveled and unfinished to give us "more height." I then requested them to return to finish the fence. After the call, they did return and the fence was completed, and looked nice. However, the unprofessional approach to doing the fence without contact and without notice was totally unacceptable. I am now looking to purchase a wooden privacy fence for the entire back yard and will not choose ABC Fence Company.
