Rancho Grande Mexican Restaurant

Great place if you really want authentic Mexican flavor.. I go there when I come to my country home. Very family oriented atmosphere...if you want a luxury restaurant dont go there...its a great place to eat with family and friends and just relax..

We hand been going to the Madison Rancho Grande 2-3 times a week since discoving them. Being able to pay in a timely issue has been a problem. The last time we were there for lunch, the guy who was supposed to cash us out was busy talking to a table of people. After seeing us waiting to pay, I motioned a couple times, the waitress told him to help us, he continued to talk to the table. When he finally pulled himself away, no apology, no greeting, no have a nice day. He did not care about his customer and that sends a message that customers are not important. I will never go there again. We have brought friends and family there. Not going to happen again. I'm not sure if this immature young man understands the importance of good customer service is to a business and it's longevity.

Amazing food as well as amazing staff!! The only Place around that makes tacos with handmade tortillas!!!!

The staff is amazing and the food is pretty good. Wish they expanded their menu and had handmade tortillas though.

Hubby and I ordered lunch portion fajitas without meat, cheese or sour cream. Menu price was $6.99. We were charged $8.99 because "all the vegetables made it a 'mixed fajitas' plate."

every time that we go there we are greeted by friendly staff and enjoy the best mexican food around. we drive past other mexican restaurants to come to Rancho Grande.
