        Customer service is poor and the food is hardly ever fresh.

        Awful Customer Service from the Owner/Operator‎

        Beware: The owner/operator refused to correct an incorrect order, which should have included an extra side order of fries. He was rude and belligerent in explaining how we had all the fries we had purchased. Regardless of whether this is true or not (which it wasn't...there were literally 10 fries in the meal and not an additional order), his approach to dealing with an unsatisfied customer was wholly out of line. Macon, GA has multiple Zaxby's and I would recommend visiting either the one on Northside Dr or on Zebulon Rd. If you value respect and customer service at all, avoid this location at all costs.
