I have issues with other people driving me due to being in a BAD car accident, over 10 years ago. Although it's gotten better, I have never been able to relax, let a lone sleep, on road trips. I feel so comfortable when I have to ride with Groome. While I may always have a small complexity, using them often enough has put me at ease throughout the trip.

Love the frequency of trips to Atlanta. Always exceptional service. Truly amazing.

I ordered a 7am shuttle to the airport for my husband the night before his departure to San Fran, and we were so pleased with the amazing service. The driver arrived a little early, and he was incredibly helpful in getting my husband's things loaded into the car. My husband said the ride was really pleasant, and he would recommend this service - hands down - to anyone else.

A reliable transportation that is open 24 hours a day? What more could you ask for?

The cost is far less than a cab. The driver was on time and all went well. I would have appreciated a confirmation call around an hour or so before scheduled pickup. But that's really no big deal.

What can I say? Groome's provided me with fantastic service- friendly, on time...and the luxury of not having to drive to the airport at 0300? I slept like a baby on my ride up, safe in my warm passenger van cocoon! loved it! Using their service felt lovely. I'm going to check out greyhound next time, just because I'm a student....but I think Groome's is wonderful. I left my car in their lot btw-- and felt totally fine about it. There is someone on site all the time, and since I don't garage park normally....it was fine.
