Don't waste your time or money this place is by far the worst place I have ever been too. Bad business, horrible employees and the sell junk. Drove 2 hours to get them for a 89 civic seat that I was told by them was in excellent condition. The passenger seat only need to be cleaned cause it was dirty. The drivers seat wasn't available because is was wrecked from an accident. They say $50.00 come get it well have it out in 2 days called before we left ok a week later they yup all set $50 see you soon. We drive down there 2 hours and we ask to see the seat the guy says oh you have to pay for it first then we bring it out. My husband pays him ok he says $55.00 then theres a $3.00 charge for whatever. My husband say no its $50.00 and they never said anything about a $3.00 charge. That's what they told me $50 so the guys say ok. Ok so my husband hands the guy $60.00 cash 3 20 dollar bills the guys says I'll get your change. As this guys getting the change. They bring the seat out its wrecked it has rips and tears in it, all bent not even usable. So we say no way were all set we were told dirty no other damage. Neither me or my husband touched the seat ok the worker that brought it out did. I said no way and I'm paying $50 for that he says I agree. We got back in the other guy takes the seat out back ok. He says we can take the seat back but we're charging you a $25 restocking fee for the return. My husband says it's not a return I'm not taking the seat it's junk you told me the condition was dirty no damage and that's not the case. This jerktake 30 minutes to process the return and hands my husband $45.00. My husband says I gave you $60 you owe me $15. This guy says not my problem flips us off. So I called the police cause this guy just stole our money. Lynn police come talk to the guy he plays it off like it was another guy and he's on lunch. Police say give them there money they will leave done. He says no the police called him scum and said take him to court. Scum

Great customer service fast friendly and prompt. Paid for parts in The morning and received a call before 2 pm that parts were ready. Just as described terrific price. Thanks harbor auto. We look forward to purchasing parts for our cars in the future when needed. Will recommend you to family and friends
