Good Guys Golf Carts

Went in to get a few parts for my golf cart so polite and over the top helpful, to the point they didn’t have one of the parts I needed and went and got it off a scrap cart and gave it to me. That’s the kind of costumer service that will keep me coming back.

I was recently working on a fundraising event for a nonprofit organization. I approached Good Guys Golf Carts to donate the use of a couple of golf carts for the event. They agreed to do it, but later completely ghosted me and left us high and dry. They led me on and didn’t give me time to seek out another provider. Not cool “good guys”.

Purchased a cart last week, great service and very fun cart to drive. They knew what I was looking for and found the perfect fit.

GOOD GUYS ARE BY FAR THE BEST! GOOD GUYS ARE HONEST, CONSCIENTIOUS AND HARD WORKING. THEY HAVE FIXED SEVERAL SHODDY REPAIRS THAT WERE DONE BY THE OTHER GOLF CART SHOPS ON US 41 IN LAND O LAKES. I HAVE NEVER FELT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY GOOD GUYS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SHOP OVER ANY OF THE OTHERS IN THE AREA.

I have nothing but praise for the GoodGuys staff. Their product knowledge and attention to detail along with fair pricing makes my experience outstanding! I was looking for a custom built electric Porsche golf cart. I had no idea that they would have the reasources and knowledge to guide me quickly through all the decisions which needed to be made. There were, as other reviewers have said, addtional suprises that I didn't even ask for!

They kept me informed as the cart was being built and delivered it quicker than I expected. I don't usually write reviews but I am so impressed by their courtesy and professionalism that I want everyone to feel safe and special when buying from them. Had a golf cart built by this company last month and my family is in LOVE with it. We drive it around every weekend and we still find little details they put into it to make it ours. They even surprised me with a Denver Broncos hood ornament (I'm a huge fan). I liked the pressure-free sales environment and it didn't feel like a used car lot. I've been using Good Guys for almost two years now for fixing my other cart and they have never disappointed.

Good service, good prices. The mechanic was pleasant to talk to while he fixed my cart and I overall enjoyed the experience enough to write them a referral. They made it very easy on me and I plan to use again.

Great company to work with; honest, helpful and saved me so much money and hassle. After finding out my so-called "major" problem was so simple, I hired them to make the cart faster and do some upgrades. They really go the extra mile.

I was so impressed by how quickly this company diagnosed my problem on my electric ezgo golf cart. I had taken it to two other companies in Tampa but Good Guys figured it right out and it's never ran better. The cart doesn't cut out anymore, runs faster than ever, and now I feel comfortable driving it around with my grandchildren and clients. Again, very impressed by their knowledge. And the fact that they work at the house is great!

Called on a Saturday when they were closed but they answered anyway. Sent out a young man on Monday, very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Prices were very fair, cart now runs better than before.

The reviews on this page are correct about this business. I found Good Guys on YP.com and saw a good report so decided to give them a try after multiple failures with other companies. Had them come out to test my batteries, found out they needed a "jump" and had a corroded wire; saved me $600-700. I was pleasantly surprised that they did not try to sell me batteries even though they easily could have. I was impressed from start to finish with the young man's knowledge and would definitely use this company again.

Just had my golf cart go kaput this past weekend and called this company to come give me an estimate on trading it in for a new one. They gave me a decent trade in value, and sold me a beautiful Club cart. All the other companies in my area gave me a very low trade in price and act like they are doing you a favor by selling you a golf cart. These guys pay attention, don't try to oversell you, and really listen to what you are looking for. It was a pleasant experience and I enjoyed working with them. They even spent an extra half hour with me teaching me how to use the new cart and how to maintain everything. Would highly recommend to anyone inquiring.

Had Good Guys come out to give an estimate on repairing my cart. Unfortunately the repairs needed were much more extensive than I'd expected but they were very helpful in finding a solution for me. You can tell they care about their customers and enjoy what they do. Very intricate with details, fair in pricing, and honest.

Very professional, arrive on time, and are very honest. Punctual, give you plenty of feedback on turnaround time and they even followed up two weeks after to see how the cart was doing. Companies like this are rare nowadays.
