        Within Shenandoah National Park, this lodge is on the National Register of Historic Places; it's a mile from the Harry F. Byrd, Sr. Visitor Center and 3.7 miles from Dark Hollow Falls. The rustic rooms feature chestnut-wood paneling and coffeemakers. Separate cabins have additional rooms as well as fireplaces. There are no TVs or phones. Amenities include a casual restaurant, a boutique, and a taproom that provides light fare and entertainment. There's free WiFi in the main lodge.
