My name is John. I am 66 years old and I TRY to enjoy a 2 mile walk 3 or 4 times a week. About a year and a half

ago muscle cramps started developing in my lower back and legs which at times were so bad that walking two miles

was just not possible. I would get about 1/4 mile into my walk start cramping up and have to cut the walk short.



Carolyn Cerbo is a trusted friend of 5 or 6 years that I know to be a caring professional who is passionate about

her work in the areas of nutrition/naturopathy and massage therapy ("orthopedic bodywork").



Initially I did not go to Carolyn with my problem because her practice is about 90 miles from my home. Instead

I used a massage therapist in my area who worked specifically on the muscle or muscle groups that were bothering me.

This worked short term but in a few weeks I would find myself back on her table again.



When I called Carolyn and explained the problems I was having she:



a. Scheduled me an appointment about 2 weeks out. It was 2 weeks out because we are both busy people.

b. Suggested I try Epsom Salts baths in the mean time, which I did and the baths helped some.





In my first session with Carolyn she:



a. Carefully analyzed my symptoms.

b. Identified and correctly diagnosed my problems!

c. Showed me some exercises to do at home on my own.

d. Recommended a successful course of treatment to fix my problems which included 3 sessions close together.



For a day or two after the first session I had some muscle soreness, which was expected, but was able to complete my walks

without cramping up. However, I continued following Carolyn’s instructions - taking the Epson salt baths and exercising.



When I went in for my second session with Carolyn I told her “Ya fixed my body!” I have been pain free for almost 2 weeks

and I am walking without cramping up.



Carolyn was pleased with the improvement but suggested that we go on with the session anyway explaining that a cumulative

effect can be achieved through multiple visits close together.



I am so glad we did! After completing the second session I am experiencing a whole new level of Pain Free!



When I walk now it is like every muscle in my body is flowing together. Everything feels so smooth! My energy is up, my pace

has increased even my posture is improved.

Carolyn is by far the best massage therapist I have ever known. She is passionate about her work and genuinely cares for the needs of her clients. I have had considerable pain in my neck, shoulders and arm and was told by multiple doctors to live with it. Carolyn, however, was able to provide lasting relief. I have sciatica and had tremendous pain that left me limping like an old woman. I had gone to my primary doctor who gave me medicine. Then to an orthopedic doctor who referred me to a pain management clinic. I also received physical therapy which did help a little. Then a friend told me about this wonderful miracle worker named Carolyn Cerbo. I finally got so bad that I decided to a least try massage therapy. It worked. After the first time I was so much better. After four times, I was painin free. Now two years later, I am beginning to hurt and I know that I need to visit Carolyn Cerbo.

Waited 3weeks for massage, no pregnancy massage table. I ended up 30min side ways only worked on my upper shoulder and neck and arm, then had me face up for the other 30min, it was so uncomfortable! I told her my lower back hurt and my left ankle had a sprain, and also my shoulders. Didnt get but 10min in ankle, no lower back, at all!!! Im still hurting, pd 75 instead of the 60 that was told. I would not recommend! No proper equipment, doesnt try to work all areas in an hour, cant afford her on her time and services.. sorry to expensive to not get relief

Best massage and body work I've ever had! I went to see Carolyn because of back & neck injury, and I have experienced significant relief from the symptoms I was having. I've had many massages, but Carolyn's compassion, education, and wholistic consideration of the body puts her in the top tier of massage therapist in the nation. Finally, some HELP when you have some LONG TERM PAIN ISSUES. Carolyn is trained DIFFERENTLY than any other massage therapist I have been to. She really knows how to figure out the cause of your pain and how to relieve it. It might not all be gone the first day, but she knows her stuff! If you FINALLY want to get better, call Carolyn! She is very professional and interested in the whole person. She knows a LOT about the body and about health and how to get PAIN FREE!
