A+ service and products. i got my bridesmaid dress here and was VERY pleased with the service, Diana was sooo sweet and was very helpful to make sure I had the perfect fit. I will totally do business again!

i know for people who live in the lufkin area, it might seem like a huge plus not to have to drive all the way to tyler or somewhere else far off to get prom/wedding wear...but save yourself the trouble and skip going to allure!! the products are good, but the service leaves much to be desired. these women were rude to one of my bridesmaids about her size (and mind you, they're not skinny themselves), and getting my flower girl's dress was like pulling teeth. i was told for three months that the dress was on backorder, and when i finally went to the store to see what was going on, i was informed that it had actually been discontinued. they had my number, yet did not bother to call me with this information. they measured the flower girl and heard her mom specify her size for them, and the measurements they wrote down were about six sizes too big. since my mom had already paid for the dress, we were pretty miffed...especially since the receipt stated that no refunds would be given. however, they did allow us the chance for a refund in this situation, but before they actually gave it to us, they started showing us other dresses they had in the flower girl's (incorrect) size. lucky for them, i found one that i liked, and the flower girl's mom and grandma will be able to alter it...but still, i feel that this was an uneccesary obstacle that could have very well been avoided with better service.
