Savannah Oaks

I've lived here for two years and I haven't had any problems. I've lived in three different apartments here and I liked them all. The maintenance is slow, but everyone is really nice and it does get done eventually. The gate is opened during office hours, and the apartments are painted and carpets replaced after every tenant leaves (I know this because they asked me if I wanted wood floors installed or if I wanted carpet) and the apartment even lets you pick custom paint colors. The manager is super nice but the assistant manager is a witch. Ask for the manager.
