        A family member purchased a birthday arrangement for me. I had an appointment and was not home when Jacob was delivering the arraignment. Jacob contacted me and I asked him to leave the arrangement. However, Jacob recommended he not leave it at the door due to the warm weather. I agreed with Jacob and he contacted me later to deliver the arrangement at a time when it was convenient for me. The items were beautifully arranged, tasty, and the overall service and politeness of Jacob was above and beyond what I would expect. Thank you.
