A Plus Super Storage

5 foot high snow drifts in front of doors, can't get any answers, or anyone to even ever return phone calls. If you rent from them make sure you rent on the front row since thats the only place the snow is cleared, but those are all SOLD OUT. I was told in person when I went to get answers... That they would "help me shovel the snow" I signed a lease the means I SHOULD have access 365 days per year 24/7, the only thing that is restricted is the trash can? Told a paying customers "Every man for himself" nobody that works here gives has any answers. Have left multiple phone calls with so called "management" that say they have to check with district managers, when they guy on the tractor monday told me that the owner told him only entrances? What good is the entrances if no snow is cleared in front of doors?

we have at our storage here for almost 5 years we have had absolutely no complaints no problems and we have had excellent customer service out of all that work here I would recommend this storage 2ne1

I had such a nice experience renting at this facility. HL could not have been a nicer manager, and the facility is so clean. They have all the security I could ask for and I know they go out and check on the property at least once a day. We will definetly use these guys again. Thanks HL

Great facility. It is clean, friendly, and very secure. I have needed storage on mulitple occasions and I use these guys everytime.
