make sure you prepare some DRUG before ordering, because I saw the chef "CAME OUT FROM THE RESTROOM AND PUT HIS FINGER IN HIS NOSE AND BUTTS"...damn, so disgusting!!!!!! and so terrible service, especially its delivery. the guy is so rude. Fxxx them. The dirtiest place in Lowell!!!!!

i called this business china star on a sunday night at 10 pm and oredered food for delivery, i was told on the phone it would be a half hour for delivery i am located ten mins from thier broadway store which was fine after 45 mins no food, they said it was on the way to my house 1 hr went by i called again they said he would be at my house soon, after 1 hr and a half the driver who told me he had gps calls me and says he is at the next building next to where i live an ask me to come outside to get the food i explained to him to park the car and walk down the stairs and that was my building, he told me either come outside or i wasnt getting my food, i called the store back and asked to speak to the owner he had the odasity to tell me if i go outside and meet the driver he will take 2.00 off the bill,i told him all the driver has to do is walk down the stairs and ring my buzzer he asked me again to go outside and meet the driver outside, i told him i no longer wanted the order, as it was probably cold by now, i see this business has good reviews for it food as it may, have good food but i will never know because i will never ever order food for pick up or delivery because 1st impressions are everything an i have never experinced poor service as i have with china star, customer lost guarenteed

They're open 11:30 AM- 1 AM from Sun-Thurs then to 2:45 AM on Fri and Saturday. These guys are the real deal, they cook everything fresh, it's not done in 1 minute like other places but that's because they make everything the legit way. If you don't want last weeks special or yesterdays left overs then definitely check this place out. Some of the juiciest wings I've had from a Chinese restaurant and the crab rangoons were bursting with cheesey flavor. I live in Chelmsford and travel all the way to Lowell to eat here every week, it really is THAT good. Recommend #21, R1, and the Spicy Squid.

I read about these guys in the Lowell Sun and had to check it out. Man this stuff was some good chinese food, me and my boys eat there every week now. The hours of operation posted here isn't right though, Closes Sun-Thur 1 AM, Fri-Sat- 2:45 AM. But yeah we usually hit it up after going clubbing and what not to get some of that lobster and baby clams. For anyone who doesn't know where or what to order I would say peapod stems and lobster for traditional chinese, #21 for American Chinese. 5/5 for service too, staff is always wicked polite even when its late night.
