Walmart Supercenter

I dropped off a prescription, they told me a 45 minute wait. I went back an hour later only to be informed they didn't have it in stock and it would ahve to be ordered. That was ok, I just didnt like the fact I had to wait an hour before being told that. So my hour waiting, I shopped and spent lots of money...I think that was the plan.

Everytime I go to this store it is all tore up they move stuff around more than any Walmart Store I have been to I think the Management has there heads up there !

My husband needed a drug that is hard to come by. They did have the drug. But other than that this was a nerve- wracking and time-consuming visit. I gave the tech my prescription insurance card and was told it was suspended. I called the carrier and it was valid. It was hard to believe rhat within a 1 hour period that it went from valid to invalid. I knew the card was in fact valid due to just filling prescriptions at Rite Aid Pharmacy. The tech tried entering information six times and did not know what she was doing. She could not even follow the prompts at the automated pharmacy website and telephone number. I finally got another tech that completed the required info. in order to complete the transaction. Without the prescription card I would have paid $50.00 more than the almost $15.00 that I paid. Was the tech just stupid or was she trying to make an extra $50.00 really fast. I will not be filling a prescription here again even if I have to backorder the drugs, I wasted almost 4 hours of my time and had a headache from the ordeal.
