US Post Office

Half of the people reviewing this location are bitter and old. It's very sad honestly. The lady's review under me couldn't even spell "cringe" correctly. And she said grrrrrrr... WHO SAYS GRRRRRRR?!

This has to be one of the worst post offices in the US. Package come to the this post office here KY and they send it to PA. Good job people. This is why the postal system is loosing $$. More and more people are using different ways to move their product. I think I will to after this little episode!!

After my mail was received/sorted at this facility, it was not delivered... after 12 days, they can not find my envelop, even when we paid for 2 days express delivery "warrantied"....called every number listed, set up a claim, spoke to "supervisors", and still, CAN NOT FIND MY ENVELOPE !!!!... terrible service, no wonder why no body is using this service anymore !!

I have to say the USPS is the poorest excuse for a shipping company there is. There is absolutely NO accountability, customer service (IF you can actually contact a real person, good luck with that)is rude, and basically just tells you what you can already see on line,their basic response is tough sh*t. I personally am glad they are failing and hope to see them soon be put out of business. In the past year they have not met the expected delivery date once, and from only one state away. IF you get your package at all, it will most likely be 2-3 days after the expected delivery date, and thats assuming you get it at all. Dont waste your money on priority or express, its actually slower than 1st class or the standard is, and less reliable.Dont waste your money, and if at all possible, use fedex, ups, or any other carrier available

As an excarrier I understand the idea of losing Saturday delivery and abuse of mail vehicles, And most important trying to figue budget to prevent office closer and job., This is more a grip then a complaint since I cant prove the the indivual was on a legal run and just stopping for a big gup fill up, I did take the time to know there was no mail or deliveries in the vehicle. . This individual did enter the Thronton on Preston Highway next to the Sleep In Motel and and walk in with two large soda cups and refill them. You figure in you own wisdom if this was abuse by an indivdual or a condoned act with the knowledge of a supervisor. I know it was a requiremnt to either clock onto the street or off duty.
