I order genreal chicken and they sent me orange. Didnt make a big to do about. Just called back and ask if they would not mind fixing it. The girl on the phone would not because she said, it was " the other girl that messed it up and she is already gone". I would not care if santa clause messed it up. I only wanted what I orderd and paid for. And needless to say i never got it. She even went on to try and give me a lesson about how she can't pay for other people mistakes. I dont care I just wanted my food. 1 star because i cant give them a zero

So me and my roommate have been ordering here for a while. They use to be great. Late Jan. We placed an order and we it got there the main dish was not right. We called back to inform them and they actually offerd to bring is the correct one. This would have been great but we had 15 mintues before we had to leave for class. The offerd to simply replace it with our next order. We figured no big deal we orderd there often. I called back to place a new order 2 weeks latter and mentioned the dish they were suppose to replace. The lady on the phone refuessed to do it becuase she said she didnt personal make the mistake. That it was the other girl that worked there and she had to do it. That is AWFUL customer service. I dont know how me as the customer should know the right time to call and talk to a certain person or why it should even matter. All I know is I paid my money and didnt get what I paid for. Dont know about anyone else but thats not only wrong but pretty rude!!! WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!
