        Four of us decided to stay here for the night before visiting the Kentucky Kingdom and when we showed up to the motel after hours, the security guard Marie Washington assisted us. After not being able to provide us the room that we reserved 3 months prior that would sleep 4 people with a queen and double sofa bed, Marie arranged for us to use two rooms each with a queen bed for the price of the one room I already paid for. I thank Marie for providing excellent customer service to remedy the unfortunate situation so four people didn’t have to try and sleep on two twin beds.
