Fantastic Sams

NIGHTMARE!!!! I wanted a cut and was with my sister, who values the hair she HAD because of having cancer, it doesn't grow! She just wanted a 1 inch trim and specificly told him not to touch her sides or bangs. She come to my stylists chair, where I was and just crying. It looked like Edward Sissor Hands did it. She was soooo upset so I asked the stylist that was doing my hair to please try to make some kind of style out of it, but she was getting upset that my sister was saying how horrible he was that she said she wouldn't touch it.. "I don't see anything wrong with it.. He did a great job!" That was her response.. So after she was finished with mine she said she would run a flatiron through it for her.. Charged me for that. Then, while she was still cutting my hair, for the third time because each time she tried to stop I would have to point out that she didn't thin or layer it enough. Asked her 3 times to use the thinning shears then just gave up and wanted to get out of there!! I have very long thick hair and she knew what I wanted. (2" off and med layers) simple! Nope! She chopped a huge chunk out because she was mad and made it obvious.. Anyway, while she was just chopping around on my hair, 2 other workers got in a HUGE screaming, throwing stuff around, cursing match and came very close to a fist fight right in front of all of the customers. SCARY!!! So 2 haircuts and one flat ironed which wasn't much because she has very short hair now Costed me $60.. I could've went to a nicer salon for that. Very unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate, and horrible cutters!!! STAY AWAY!!

HORRIBLE!!! We walked in, the sign clearly stated "OPEN" and the short fat redhead hairstylist refused us service. My son just needed a trim.

Her reason? They stay open to 9pm, but they have too many clients, they just can't take us, because it would be too long before they got to us. There were 2 little girls in the chair and one waiting. I said we wouldn't mind waiting.

Then she states that they're closed. But she just said they stay open until 9pm?

Her next words after I point this out?

"We're not taking you. We're too tired." And then walked away.

You people need a hell of a lot more training and how to treat potential people and clients.
