The Cake Collection

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Unbelievable! The only thing this company has kept is the name: The Cake Collection. It is NOT operated (and I suspect not owned) by the same folk that operated it back in the years 2000 through 2010. What they gave us was so horrible, not only were they willing to give me a full refund, but 20% off any future purchases (AS IF!), and, if a picture is worth a 1,000 words, even with a picture, the cake came out looking absolutely NOTHING like what was pictured, agreed to, and paid for; then, had to get into a shouting match to get a refund 30+ days later. On top of that, those answering the phone (after the purchase) suddenly have "no last names," "don't know who the manger is," and suddenly are challenged speaking and understanding English!



Not only was the design appalling, the cake was so dry that after the party, we had to just simply put this very expensive cake in the TRASH! Disappointing, because their cakes use to be very good – but that day has past! Don't trust these new people with your very Special Wedding Day!! (or any other event!) You will be disappointed and highly embarrassed! There are no do-overs for your wedding!
