This company is solid and honest. The quote I got over the phone was very accurate and I really appreciate the technician input. Our dryer needed to be re installed since it was not a solid metal pipe but a flexible one which I know is a major no no. They did such a great service for me, I already scheduled with them to come back and to clean my dryer vent. this is very good and professional company, and what I like the most, they didn't even try to sell me anything unnecessary, like other companies often do. I even asked them about electrostatic filter, and after they checked mine (almost new), they told me that of course I can buy an electrostatic one, but I should wait because the one I have, is still new and works well.
