        It's a battlefiled out there

        This Ross is closest to me so I frequent it. On good days, there are treasures to be had. On other days, the shelves are half-empty or things are scattered all around. Customer service is the worst you can imagine. People are shouting, arguing and nobody cares. Even the managers are not trained on "the customer is always right" principle especially in casese where the cusotmer is always right. I ahd many bouts with the sales people here so I always come prepared with more patience than usual.
