Really big men's section and my go-to store for deals on Levis. They have a huge selection of denim in different styles and colors. They're always running sales on not only jeans, but all sorts of casual wear by other brands. I've purchased all my business suits in the suit department over the years. Staff is usually pretty helpful.

I love this mall. Has an interesting mix of stores, from high end expensive to lower end value stores and I like the fact that they are grouped together, so you can shop according to needs and budget. There's a food court that I love right on the top level, there's a coffee bean, and plenty of restaurants including CPK, PF Changs, Todai and Capital Grill. The only store I don't really like because of an arrogant customer service in this mall is Macy's, especially Men's department. Don't have any positive shopping experience here. The mall does have 2 downfalls. 1. You have to pay to park-no matter how long you're in the mall, you have to pay; they don't validate. 2. The mall is confusing because they have 5 floors of parking and the mall starts on the 6th floor. Even though I'm a local and have been shopping in this mall for years still can't get used to this. Whatever you do valet your car. The extra money will save you the extra hassle.

Macy's in the Beverly Center is my favorite place to get clothes and shoes. I love it. They always have my size in everything!!!! If you spend alot of money, you'll be invited to special store openings and other events. Sometimes, they also give free stuff. There's really nothing bad to say about this place, except the parking is not the greatest...but we're in L.A. afterall.

I tried to exchange merchandise at Macy's without a receipt, and after speaking to a friendly sales associate who called the manager, I thought I would be taken care of---more than anything, if an item cannot be returned, I would expect to be told in a kind, professional manner. Instead, I was told by the manager Kevin that ""I don't know what you've done to this item or how long you've had it, ma'am"", I found this rather accusatory and offensive. Instead of explaining that it was the stores policy and beyond his control, he got a little bit personal with me. I will agree that the sales ladies are pleasant and easy to talk to---maybe you should make one of them a manager instead, Macys :):):)

2 months ago I invested in some 236$ jeans, and ever since they had proven fragile and ripped and needed several alterations- finally, I had enough, and I went back to Macy's, prepared to potentially have a battle on my hands- I wanted a new pair of jeans, and I was a bit heated. Up to me walked Candace- a smiling, warm sales associate, who I explained my problem to, after which she said ""oh honey, that's terrible! I'll do what I can to get you some brand new jeans!"", I assumed she was a manager because she knew a lot about all the brands of jeans, and she made it her mission to make sure I was taken care of, and read that I was a bit stressed from the get-go. Candace managed to be quick, informed, and professional- while still being extremely personable and fun. I've had poor experiences with Macy's before- but this more than makes up for it, and I wish every business I walked into had a staff that worked so hard and were so pleasant!

Everything about this store is good, except this is the only branch of Macys I think I've ever been to ever, with no plus size section. There are bigger people in Bev Hills who are willing to spend their money here - but, they'll have to go elsewhere this time.
