Laptop Rescue

DO NOT GO THERE. They do not have the tools or the know how to make the repairs they commit too.

Very pleased with the laptop charger I got from laptop rescue. Ordered from their web site, but found out they were right around the corner from me! So instead of shipping I called and they held the laptop charger for me at the store and refunded the shipping fee. The charger works perfectly with my laptop and it was way cheaper than radio shack. The staff were very courteous and friendly and the web site was nice too. The only thing I would change is to have them stay open a little later than 6. I barely made it because of traffic. Great company though. If you need a laptop charger or anything else for your laptop, i recommend laptop rescue.

Wow, what a great product and great customer service! I bought a new power cord from Laptop Rescue for my HP laptop because I accidentally left mine in the JFK airport. The price was awesome, the item arrived in two days, and when I had called to place the order, the customer service rep was incredibly helpful and nice. I highly recommend Laptop Rescue to anyone in need to laptops parts or service. They are great!

Laptop rescue did a great job fixing my laptop. My 3 year old daughter accidentally knocked it on the floor and cracked the screen. I sent it to laptop rescue and they fixed it for an awesome price (way cheaper than geek squad) and had it back to me in a few days.



If you have a broken laptop, I highly recommend laptop rescue!

1. They couldn't fix my laptop

2. Worsen the condition of my laptop

3. Charged a fee that wasn't stated at the first place.

4. Some staffs were extremely unfriendly, irresponsible and dishonest

6. While I was at the store, I saw one guy came in and asked those people to return his laptop because he found somewhere else that can replace it for him since he already gave them like a week to do it. So that guy gave them the last chance, and asked do you have that part now otherwise, I will take it to somewhere else. The first (nice guy) told him that they don't have that part in now and he can just take his laptop. But the other (dishonest) guy told him that we DO (magically) have it and tell him to hold his laptop there for few more days. Then I left.

7. Just not the best place on earth to fix your laptop

8. They aint cheap anyways.



Be extreme carful and talk about the total price before you do any repair there.
