Founded in 1990, it is also known as FICWFM and has more than 300 member pastors. The organization has ministers in various regions, representing a congregational membership of more than 150,000 people. Fellowship of Inner-City Word of Faith Ministries convention focuses on strengthening and building local ministries through worship services, workshops and seminars. It also offers several ministerial and staff development workshops conducted by skilled professionals, specializing in areas of ministry operations, including new members assimilation and retention, church administration, and Christian school development and education.
