Farfalla Trattoria Inc

This is a fine restaurant, friendly accomplished staff, great food, always a delightful family outing in a neighborhood setting. Have been there many times and will continue to go.

Whenever I'm on the east side trying to figure out where to go for good food and great wine I head straight to Farfalla.

The atmosphere is airy and intimate and the food is always fantastic!

Great pasta, great wine. GO!

It's been a while since I've had any entrees other than pizza here, but I can tell you that the pizza's pretty good. At least the basic ones. The margherite is especially good, with fresh basil. The salame was over-salted, though, and the pesto would be better if the pesto was spread throughout the pie instead of a few dollops here and there.

I really enjoyed Farfalla. It is a fairly small Italian restaurant with a pretty deep menu of pasta, pizzas and other Italian food. The food is tasty and service is good. i "think" you can bring your own wine although not 100% sure. Would go again.

From the minute you walk in, you know exactly how authentic this Italian restaurant is. The first thing you see is the chefs in the kitchen, manning multiple pans of sauces, pastas, and pizzas.



The decor is a mix between country charm and gastro-pub, with wooden tables and wine menus and specials displayed on chalkboards around the room. It's a small, cozy space, and can get a little loud when it's full (which it almost always is), but that's just part of the charm.



The food is just amazing. From the bread and antipasto they bring out at the beginning of the meal, to the perfectly crusted pizza and the just-so sauced pasta, I've never had a meal here that wasn't excellent (and I've been here a lot).



Never had room for desert, but I expect that would be great, too.



Good for: romantic meals, out of town guests, a spectacular dinner every time you're in Los Feliz.

The food is consistently good. Their pasta dishes are to die for. It's crowded, so make a reservation.
