Went like a week ago for my surprise birthday celebration. So happy that my friends picked this place!! We started off the night with some drinks and appetizers at the downstairs lounge. I tried several drinks off the cocktail menu and definitely the sangria and pretty girl were my favorite. The flatbread was amazing. I come from a Hispanic background and have eaten delicious paellas all my life.. Beso's paella definitely lived up to my high standards. We ended our night at Kiss lounge! I had too much fun.. the DJ was awesome and the bartenders upstairs were so nice and brought so much energy to the place.

Came to Beso after Cirque de Soleil and used a TravelZoo voucher, and so glad i did - we had the best time! First of all, the space is amazing- really beautifully designed interiors..we had a drink at the bar while we waited for our reservation and our bartender Pete was super friendly and made us a great martini! Our ahi tuna salad was delicious and the Petit Filet was perfection! We really gotta come back - there was so much more on the menu that sounded so good! Overall, we had a great night and a wonderful dinner and were very pleased with our experience at Beso.

Beso is very dark. I think the lack of lighting helps with the food presentation. The food and the drinks were okay. I was not impressed. The best part of dinner was the appetizer

I've been reading about all the hype around Beso for years and finally made it out to Hollywood to check it out, and i have to say, i am very pleasantly surprised! First of all, it's in the heart of Hollywood and there's a lot going on in the area. It's just 2 blocks from the Pantages...we made it here on a fluke after a show and had a great time! The mood inside is dark and sexy with great lighting, nice high cielings and cool design..it looks like it might've been a studio o something at one point..it definitely has an Old Hollywood vibe. The hostess was super friendly and we didn't have to wait for our booth, which gave us a great view of the main floor and the bar and lounge, it was really busy for a Friday night - there was a private dinner party going on across from us and the vibe was great! We had a great server (forget his name, but super helpful and really knew the menu, which is so rare these days) who paid attention to details and recommended my new favorite red wine! After hearing so much about Eva's guacamole and reading the reviews, i have to say it was way better than i expected. We tried that and the Margarita flatbread with the Bibb Salad for starters..that bread was so good with the queso fresco! We shared The Chili skirt Steak and pork chops - and i have to say - they were both delicious! Great seasoning on the steak and the pork chops with mole was incredible! The truffle mac and cheese was beyond good - i got stuffed too soon, otherwise i would've gone for more of the sides. It all sounded so good!! All in all, a really fun night out and a great meal in Hollywood..would definitely come back!

had a great time here last week. Although it took a while to be seated, we were well taken care of with a pair of Mango Martinis that took the edge off to say the least. The bar scene is what you would expect.. dressy and very Hollywood. If you enjoy meat, you would love the petit filet, I had some Tortia Soup, the Filet and a FRIED BANNANA SPLIT... rolled out the front, the Valet had my car in what felt like no time at all. The price can become a little high if you spend too much time at the bar, but the food and great service makes it all worthwhile.!!

Very nice atmosphere! This rating is based only on the atmosphere because I didn't have dinner or anything there. Its a really nice place though.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in LA for a splurge. The dining room's ambiance is amazing - dim lighting, large space and just beautiful. You'll be hard pressed to find anything on the menu that's not delicious as well. They start dinners off with this amazing fresh, hot flatbread with a tomato based spread. I especially like the gourmet taco appetizer which I sometimes just get as a meal because I don't want to share. Even the desserts are incredible. For your next date night, don't miss Beso.

Beso is one of my favorite eating cuisines.\r They have a great price range, and the customer service is very fantastic. Beso is one of my top favorite cuisines and so is the Chi Dynasty resturant that is in Studio City, they both have a fantastic selection of food & great quality service!
