really don't know what I can say about this place that does it justice. Alibi room is hands-down THE BEST wine restaurant in the westside...forget being the best in culver. Service = Awesome, personal, friendly. Food = OMG. OMG. Fantastically delicious. They know us by name now before we even have a chance to identify ourselves over the phone when making reservations. Who does that!? 5-Stars just isn't enough.

pretty good crowd almost always\r sometimes its totally dead other times ive been its been too packed and the set up of the place is really stupid for a packed bar spot\r i do love their burgers and the drinks are normally priced but the bartenders tend to make them somewhat on the stronger side usually so itll make it worth spending $60-$80 in an evening there...

Something as simple as grabbing a beer can often turn into a whole production in LA. The nightlife scene is just so exhausting. This is one of the reasons why I love Alibi Room so much- it’s easy and uncomplicated. It’s not sceney, but not lame either. You can really make this place whatever you want it to be; it can be your casual after-work hang out, somewhere to gather a bunch of friends for a night out, or even a great dining spot. That last reason is actually what really put Alibi Room on the map. By now, you’d have to be living under a rock to not be aware that food trucks have taken over Los Angeles, and the one that started it all was the Koji Korean BBQ truck. For those who are a tad too lazy to track the truck down on the streets, they can just had directly to Alibi Room. Koji has a permanent residence in their kitchen so you’ll always be able to get your Koji fix, Twitter or not. Their three-taco combo is the item to get, but everything is amazing. Keep an eye out for their dessert specials, as well; they're always unique and incredible. Additionally, their beer selection is solid, their cocktails potent and refreshing, and the prices are pretty excellent.

Nice to have a local bar-even tho I miss the dive bars that have now been taken over by the Yuppies ! and the prices tripled- Anyway -On my way home from work-Having a craving for the Kogi Tacos- (I had several times off the truck) I stop in after circling the area looking for parking (tuesday night too)- Interior is concrete and grey-I like the triangle shape bar-Kinda dark and cold-Sit at the bar have the 3 tacos special and a glass of red raw power wine-7 plus 7=$14 Talk to some folks at the bar- and leave- Overall good experience-The smoke from the patio filled the interior-yuck - The bartender kinda slow and uninterested- Noticed some top shelf tequilla's and Bourbans-agood sign-

I thought the girl bartenders were nice looking enough but were more interested in dancing with each other and moving in circles around the bar doing a lot of busy work than watching for all the customers trying to get their attention to buy drinks at the bar ( as there were a lot of us trying to spend our money.) I thought this would be a good neighborhood spot to come to often, but I can't justify the high prices with bartenders who don't seem to care about building a loyale customer base or paying attention to their clientele. After 40 minutes and only able to get one drink, we left. I probably won't go back. Too bad...Life is too short to waste time with poor service.
Just a moment...
