Eco

I've been going to this place for years for both dry cleaning and laundry services. They've recently changed hands twice in a very short period of time. They have now lost one of my shirts, and can't find a sleeping bag that I dropped off 6 days ago. Customer service is poor. They make no attempt to find my items. They've told me twice to just come back and it may be there. Not a great way to run a business. I think I will replace the items on my own and send them the bill. Although I don't expect much out of them. There are other places in and around Los Altos to go to.

The great place for all your laundry taken care of at the very eco friendly atmosphere. Costumer service is excellent.
