B&R Excavating / Concrete LLC

Never use this company. They do everything by text, no contracts no bills. Then they charge more than quoted without doing all of the promised work. They did half the work promised and charged us more in labor than agreed and are threatening to Lein our house if we don’t pay it. Also asking to meet in person for cash payment and doesn’t want a check in the business name. Definitely not a legit or professional business. When we questioned the bill he started to harass us through text messaging daily. The pictures show the cracks we hired him to repair and walls were supposed to be waterproofed. All he did was spray paint the wall white, then tried to say those are just surface cracks from the material used. Moisture is still coming through and he won’t fix the walls the way he promised unless we pay $3000 more. Don’t let him scam you too.
