BUYER BEWARE - Six years ago I stopped buying used tires from this place because I had two tires wear all the way through and one had a blowout all within a month of purchase. They refused to replace them. I suspected they were selling retreads and rather than sue over $40 tires I went to Driver Tire in Sanford (Driver's used tires get me a year or more). Recently, my son purchased two used tires and they told him his ball joints needed repair. He only drove to and from work, did not take the car on the highway and within a week he fixed the ball joints. By then both tires had worn out. When we tried to get them to reimburse him they refused to do a thing. They blamed the car. I said he put less than 100 miles on those tires. They said "I've seen people wear out brand new ones in 50 miles." It's your fault. My son learned a valuable lesson. DO NOT BUT FROM UNTRUSTWORTHY VENDORS!

Amazing ive been going here for years they care about my car never had returns an thwy are honest. I trust them an they watch out for my safety. I never gone anywhere else. Prices are great work am the mechaincs are experience. I get my tires there too. They are my car doctors Thank you Ruben Tires of Longwood.

Was happy to know that my car would be ready the next day. The only complaint I have is that the woman at the front desk as I was speaking with her, the phone rung and she forgot about me. She left me standing for some time and after she finished with the person on the phone she told me that they had a waiting room. I just wish that she would have told me that sooner. I believe she could have placed that person on hold for a minute and taken my payment. Other than that I love that they are open 7 days a week.

Very unfriendly service. Waited for soooooo long just for a used tire. When they finally bring it out it's wrong size. And then gave me attitude like it was my fault the lady who can barely speak English and swears she can remember my tire size by heart mysteriously got it wrong. Will never come here again and save yourself the wasted time as well. Prices are the same across town, so no need to waste your time at this poor excuse for a business
