For starters, This was the first time I ever financed a vehicle and it was as a birthday gift for my 24 year old son.

Automotive platinum was the 7th car dealer we had visited in a 2 weekend span.

Everything went so great. They worked with us- we traded a 2007 Chevy Impala and left with a 2013 dodge charger. I was shocked at the deal they offered us. The finance rate was just as shocking being that my credit is so very poor. The rate was over 6% lower than what I had anticipated. In life we all have our personal dentist, doctors, beauticians, barbers, store clerks, etc… this is now the one and ONLY place I will refer anyone to and use for any and all of my car needs.

PS…. All the sales people are great but I highly recommend either Val or Wayne- They rock!!!

What an amazing staff they have here.. I got my BMW the same day.. They work so hard to get you approved no matter what.. They will also say yes to anything you want fixed on a car that you want to buy.. They stick to their word and the men behind all this is Wayne, Randy and Bruce L Green.. This is definitely the dealership you want to buy your car from..

I would like to start this review by saying I really am a customer no B.S there! I went Platinum Auto Mall on a Saturday just to check it out Before I read the Reviews online. Roney greeted me. I told him exactly the BMW series I was looking for and my price range. I was told that there will be a car fitting my description in a couple of days. when I went home and read the reviews I was very Wary. but because I had a good vibe from Roney I said let me see for myself. first of All everyone was friendly. Nick actually let me take the Car to a mechanic of my choosing. Took me 1.5 HR. ( and NO We didn't take it to the Bahamas Nick) lol the car checked out besides a minor issue that was addressed before I left the Dealership. I did my Own Insurance on the phone with Geico. Had them fax the ID cards straight to the dealership. I was offered the warranty and turned it down with no issue whatsoever.Bruce said "you don't want the Warrany that's ok, it's your decision) Now this is the Kicker when I went to finalize everything. My credit is fair in the mid 600. when my FICO score was 740 my previous car loan's APR was 8.7, Bruce Green went out of his way to get me a really good rate given my credit situation at least. My Score is 669 My APR is 7.4, I'm not gonna lie I tried to negotiate some Fees that all Dealerships charge. but Bruce knew I was getting the car cheaper than the Market Value, so he wouldn't budge. The only inconvenience I had caused myself was that I turned in my custom plates to the DMV the day before for storage because i didn't want to have any tickets linked to my old car that I had sold that weekend, so now i have to wait to transfer my Vanity plates to my new Bimmer. My main thing is I left the dealership very Happy. The car I bought was exactly what I wanted ( wish it had Navi though lol). My wife fell inlove with it. if you go in there Just ask for Roney or Yusef. They are good guys. Roney was extremely patient with me. My advice to any customer just go in there knowing what you want and how much you can afford. and Yes there will be extra fees on top of the price you negotiate with them. It's a dealership not a private seller. all dealerships will charge you those fees. Thank you.

My 19 year old daughter was buying her first car (on her own). The salesmen that helped us were Dimitri and he could not have been nicer or more professional. Dimitri was really wonderful! Bruce Green was the finance guy and he worked very hard to get her approved, at an interest rate that was more than fair and payments over the amount of months she needed to make the payment affordable. The staff was very friendly and there was no high pressure to buy like at other dealers. I would recommend them and will go back in a few years for daughter number two. Thanks to all at the Auto Mall :)

Platinum auto mall was is a great place to buy a car. Good service and you get to leave with the car that same day. I worked with Bruce and he was great even got me registered and got me plates right away didn't have to go to the DMV.

First thing these guys make you feel comfortable. The salesman Johnny is a very cool guy and he is not like all salesman he isn't trying to force anything on you he is very helpful with the situation and making you feel comfortable. I purchased a 2011 clean Nissan Maxima in and out from this place and it is great. The business manager Bruce also another person that helps you the most that he cans so you can get the best deal on the car. I felt great leaving this place after purchasing my vehicle. I would say this is the best place to buy a car at reasonable price good cars good prices.

Shout out to everybody over there at platinum Automall! Bruce,Wayne ,Yousef and my man Steve! They got me looking good in my new car. If you need something you should definitely call those guys they really work with you to make sure you leave there satisfied.

They have their bank and their warranty for the best price. My husband and I still felt we got the car we wanted for a great price and lowered our payments. We traded in our old Infiniti for a newer Acura and love our "new" car. The sales people were friendly and helpful.

Had a great buying experience this past weekend at Platinum Auto Mall. My salesman, Roney, was very helpful in providing me with the carfax of the car and answering my questions. His manager, Wayne, was also great at making sure I got the best price possible for the vehicle. When it came down to paying for the car, Bruce, the financial manager, was very personal and nice to work with. Overall a great experience and I couldn't be happier with my new 2010 White Nissan Sentra!

Have no regrets on getting this g35x from platinum Auto mall thanks to Val who greeted me as I walked in Bruce the finance director Wayne who help me get the right payments that I was looking for....I recommend anyone to check out this place you will love it.

Platinum Auto Mall is one of the best dealerships out there. The staff knew their information and was very friendly. I bought my BMW last October for the price that I wanted and I absolutely love it. Yousef Usman was very helpful and friendly. Yousef knew the product-- from the price to the make he had concise information on most of the cars. He made sure the car was under my budget. I'm very content with their service. I would recommend them to everyone.
