I work for a company located in a building and we were refered to this company by word of mouth. They sent a technician to service our air conditioner because it was too cold. The technician was rude and used bad language. we are a doctors office and the patients all heard. Very unprofessional. They told us we need a part and would be back after lunch but he never came back. We had to call a different company and they fixed the problem. We did not even need a part. So to anyone out there who needs their air condition fixed i would look elsewhere.

At the time of your service we we under different management and things were not handled as professionally as they should have been. We are happy to say that as of late 2010 we are back under the management of the original owner who ran Grand Central since it originated in 1971 and we are proud to continue providing the standard of service and reputation that this company was always known for. We understand that it is very difficult to try something a second time when the first experience was unpleasant, however we would be happy to provide you with quality service if given the opportunity again. Once again we are very sorry for your bad experience.

This Company was sent to my office for service call on 8/28/08 they were referred to us because they deal with commercial units. My experience with this company was Horriffic. The Technician was very unprofessional and rude using profanity. We decided not to have them finish the job and pay only for the service call and 1st hour TheTechnician then intentionally went to the unit and intentionally damaged our property by braking off the service port valve from the unit which allowed the existing gas in the unit to escape. " This was all witness" being only women in the office we choose not to try and stop him in fear of being harmed. Destruction of property is a criminal act and now the unit went from being operable and just needing gas to un-operable and broken. A polcie report has been filed with the 110Th PCT and this matter will now be handed over to Attorney's. I emplore you to please seek another Company for service.
