        Beware the owner

        The nail salon itself looks very nice but if you want good service and a smile do NOT get your nails done by the owner that sits right by the front desk!!!!! He has NO clue what he's doing!!!! He did my nails twice and both times he did a horrific job!!! When I said something about it the second time he started yelling at me and actually told me he didn't care I was upset!!! He's disgusting and I'll absolutely NEVER go back there and I warn anyone that goes there to steer clear of the owner! He's terrible!!!!!

        I was there today to get a gel manicure. The male nail tech did a horrible job. I asked for a French gel manicure with rounded nails.... He gave me POINTY nails.... I look like a witch. Then he also trimmed his nails while doing my nails. He Was very rude and I told him not to order me around. My teenaged daughters were also with me and they got hit on by the other male nail techs. I refuse to go back there and will drive to Niagara Falls to Lotus Nails at Wegmans plaza where I usually go... So worth the the extra twenty minute drive!

        This place does a very nice job. I've tried 3 other salons in Lockport and nail style and spa is the best.
