Great UPS Store.... I go here and NOT the 5 mile store which loves to Upcharge and tell you your packaging is not good and UPS will not insure your package. 7 Mile store is LEGIT and I never have problems here.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! SPENT $75 TO HAVE THREE BOXES PACKAGED AND SENT TO SELDEN, NEW YORK, STONEY BROOK, NEW YORK AND FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS. ALL THREE BOXES WERE IN TACT WHEN RECEIVED BUT TWO OF THE THREE PACKAGES HAD MISSING (VALUABLE) ITEMS WHEN THEY ARRIVED AT THEIR LOCATIONS, FOR A TOTAL OF A $700 LOSS. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH UPS HEADQUARTERS. HAVEN'T HEARD A WORD FROM THEM SINCE DECEMBER 5TH. I RETURNED TO THE 7 MILE LOCATION AND THEY INDICATED THEY HAVE NO CAMERAS AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR BOTH PACKAGING AND SHIPPING.

I FILED A POLICE REPORT WITH THE LIVONIA POLICE DEPARTMENT.

PLEASE USE FEDERAL EXPRESS AT SIX MILE AND NEWBERG ROAD. THEY ARE RELIABLE, HONEST AND AREN'T ANY MORE EXPENSIVE.

I had to ship some cable equipment back and went to this store since i had to use UPS. They were very helpful, friendly and got the job done quickly.
